Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of greensaladrecords.com and the distribution services provided by Green Salad Records. By applying for or using our services you agree to these terms.

1. Your content and rights

You retain full ownership of all sound recordings, compositions, artwork and other content you submit ("Content"). You grant Green Salad Records a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute and make the Content available on the stores and platforms you select, for the duration of our agreement.

2. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you own or control all rights needed to distribute the Content, including samples, covers and featured performances.
• You will not submit content that infringes third-party rights or uses artificial streaming or fraudulent activity.
• You provide accurate metadata, credits and payout information.

3. Royalties and payment

We pay you the share of net revenue defined by your plan, as reported by stores and platforms. Payouts are made monthly once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold. Revenue linked to fraudulent streams may be withheld as required by the stores.

4. Fees

Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance as described on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Takedowns and termination

You may request removal of your Content or end the agreement at any time. We may remove Content or suspend accounts that breach these terms or store policies.

6. Liability

We deliver Content to third-party stores but cannot guarantee placement, playlisting or earnings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
